Meeting links should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Nature and Limitations of Online Consultations
Online consultations allow professionals to provide guidance remotely. However, remote consultations have limitations because the consultant may not be able to physically examine your pet or perform diagnostic tests.
A consultant may determine that an in-person veterinary examination, diagnostic testing, or another form of professional assessment is necessary.
For veterinary services, the professional’s ability to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication remotely depends on applicable laws, professional requirements, and the circumstances of the case.
Online consultations do not guarantee a particular diagnosis, outcome, behavioral improvement, or training result.
Emergency situations: Our online consultation services are not a substitute for emergency veterinary care. If your pet is experiencing difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, seizures, suspected poisoning, collapse, or another potentially life-threatening condition, contact the nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Provide relevant information about your pet to the best of your knowledge.
Attend consultations at the scheduled time.
Treat consultants and staff respectfully.
Use the website lawfully and responsibly.

Bookings, Payments, and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and successful completion of the required booking process.
The applicable price and payment terms will be displayed before you confirm your booking.
A booking is considered confirmed when you receive confirmation from our website or our authorized booking system.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable law and appropriate communication with affected customers.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligible refund requests must be submitted within the stated two-day request period. Approved refunds are issued through gift cards under the conditions described in that policy.

Consultant Responsibilities
Consultants are expected to provide services within the scope of their stated qualifications and professional responsibilities.
Individuals providing veterinary medical services must comply with the licensing, professional, and legal requirements applicable to their practice and the location of the client and animal.
We may request relevant qualification information from consultants, where appropriate. However, unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee the outcome of any consultation or recommendation.
Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party services for video meetings, payment processing, hosting, communications, or other functionality.
